Remarkably, one year almost to the day since our capsize at sea after 2200 miles of trying to set a new world record for rowing the Atlantic, our boat Sara G has washed ashore in Key Largo, Florida.

It always felt to me like we had left someone behind and now, with the aid of the very ocean that capsized us, at least our boat has made it!

A short interview with Heart FM is here and some pics are below. SO thankful that despite the chaos at the time that we all got out the water and now even the boat has. Dread to think what this would feel like if the two guys who so nearly did not get our were still aboard……
